Schuinesloot, The Boerdereitje

In 2014, Henry Sieljes founded Het Boerdereitje. This he took up together with Marco and Yvonne Zuidema in order to put away the sale of the daily fresh eggs under their own management in the region. The sale has many advantages, such as: a delicious fresh egg, short chain, transparent and not entirely unimportant, a fair price for both the farmer(s), and the buyers.
