Beemster® Extra Old is a 48+ cheese to really enjoy. Here in the Beemster®, the cheese is given quiet time to mature. This creates a unique, salty, very rich flavor and delicious white ripening crystals. Our Beemster® Old 48+ is made with vegetarian rennet and is therefore a vegetarian cheese.
