French toast with Beemster cheese and egg salad
Breakfast dish. 4 persons. Prepare 10 min.
Ingredients
- 8 pieces Bolletje crispbread whole wheat
- 4 slices Beemster mature cheese
- 150 grams of egg salad (house brand)
- 1/2 cucumber
- 8 sprigs of fresh oregano
- 1 pack of Appelsientje multivitamin exotic fruit
Prepare
- Top each slice of crispbread with half a slice of Beemster cheese.
- Spread the cheese with the egg salad.
- Slice the cucumber and top the crackers with it.
- Sprinkle with oregano leaves.
- Serve with the Appelsientje MultiVitamin Exotic Fruit juice.
