Spelt crackers with apple, apple syrup and Beemster 30+ Young

Breakfast or lunch dish. 2 persons. Prepare 5 min.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp horseradish
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt 0%
- 4 spelt crackers
- 4 slices Beemster 30+ Jong (packet 150 g)
- 1 elstar apple
- 1 tbsp apple syrup
- 4 radishes
- ¼ cup cress
Prepare
- Mix the horseradish with the yogurt and season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Divide among the crackers. Top with the cheese.
- Wash the apple, cut it with skin and all into 4 segments, remove the core and cut each segment into thin wedges and divide among the cheese.
- Using a fork, spread the apple syrup over the apple. Cut the radish into wafer-thin slices. Garnish with the cress and radish.
