Together with about 200 people, from the Beemster Polder, we take care of making and marketing our cheeses every day.
In the Netherlands, Beemster cheese has now established a strong market position. We supply retail, cheese specialty stores and food service. We are also active on the international market in Belgium, Germany and America. We expect to continue to grow both nationally and internationally. Are you looking for a fun, well-paid side job in the open air? In which you can use all your enthusiasm and commercial skills and where you can regularly practice your languages on all the international tourists who want to know everything about cheese. Are you 16 years old or older? Then you might be the new Cheese Girl, Cheese Boy or Cheese Head we are looking for for the Alkmaar Cheese Market on Fridays from 8:00 to 14:00 (late March to late September). Curious?
