Jong Belegen Beemster is a creamy, mild 48+ cheese with a refined taste. These cheeses have matured a bit longer than our youngest cheeses. This gives them a fuller character and a slightly firm bite. Our Beemster Jong Belegen 48+ is made with vegetarian rennet and is therefore a vegetarian cheese.
