Young mature 48+
Jong Belegen Beemster® is a creamy, mild 48+ cheese with a refined taste. These cheeses have matured a little longer than our youngest cheeses. This gives them a fuller character and a slightly firm bite. Our Beemster® Jong Belegen 48+ is made with vegetarian rennet and is therefore a vegetarian cheese.
Beemster® Jong Belegen is both good to use in recipes for breakfast and lunch but also certainly for cooking. How about this spaghetti with cheese meatballs?
