Beemster croissant sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 slice Beemster Belegen
  • 1 croissant
  • 1 tbsp apricot jam
  • ¼ red pepper

Prepare

  1. Heat the sandwich iron. Halve the cheese lengthwise. Remove the seeds from the red pepper and chop the pepper as finely as possible. Cut open the croissant and top with the jam, cheese and red pepper.
  2. Bake the croissant 3-4 min. in the sandwich iron until the cheese is melted.

Preparation tip
Are you making this sandwich for more people? Then use the oven. Bake the filled croissants for approx. 6 min. at 200 °C until the cheese has melted.
