Double dip shot sticks with Beemster Belegen and pepsels

Ingredients
- 50 g smoked almonds
- 2 tbsp. mild yellow mustard
- 80 g pepsels (about 40 pieces)
- 200 g Beemster Belegen 48+, cut into cubes
Prepare
- Chop the smoked almonds and put in a nice bowl. Also put the mustard, pepsels and bubbly cubes in pretty trays. This way everyone can make their own bubbly sticks.
- You do this by first carefully poking a peple into a biscuit cube. Then dip the cubes in the mustard, then in the almond crumbs.
Serving tip
Instead of pepsels, you can use cocktail sticks for these double-dip shot glasses.
