Cheese salad with Beemster® Grass cheese by Claudia Damen

Ingredients
- 150 grams Beemster Grass cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp chopped chives
- 1 tsp mustard seed
- Pinch of mustard
- Bread/stick bread
- Germs
Prepare
- Mix the mayonnaise, crème fraîche, chives, mustard seed and mustard with the cheese cubes. You may want to season the cheese salad higher with some salt and pepper.
- Store covered in the refrigerator until you use the cheese salad. Spread some on a sandwich and garnish with fresh sprouts.
