Ingredients

  • 150 grams Beemster Grass cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives
  • 1 tsp mustard seed
  • Pinch of mustard
  • Bread/stick bread
  • Germs

Prepare

  1. Mix the mayonnaise, crème fraîche, chives, mustard seed and mustard with the cheese cubes. You may want to season the cheese salad higher with some salt and pepper.
  2. Store covered in the refrigerator until you use the cheese salad. Spread some on a sandwich and garnish with fresh sprouts.
