Naantosti with Beemster Old, cilantro and mango chutney

Lunch dish. 4 persons. Prepare 15 min.

Ingredients

  • 4 mini naan breads
  • 4 slices Beemster Old
  • 1 small red onion
  • 5 g fresh coriander
  • 2 tbsp mango chutney

Prepare

  1. Heat a skillet without oil or butter and heat the naan breads for 3 min over medium-high heat. Flip halfway through.
  2. Meanwhile, halve the slices of cheese. Cut the onion into rings and the cilantro coarsely. Cut the naan breads in half lengthwise with a sharp knife.
  3. Top half the naan breads with a slice of cheese, some onion, half the cilantro, the chutney and another slice of cheese. Cover with the rest of the naan.
  4. Fry the topped naan for another 3 min over medium-high heat. Turn over and fry another 4 min. Turn the heat down a bit if the bread is in danger of getting too brown. Sprinkle with the rest of the cilantro and serve immediately.
