Pizza nachos with Beemster® Signature Aged by Oh My Foodness

Ingredients

• 200 g Beemster® Signature Aged, grated
• 200 g tortilla chips
• 100 ml pizza sauce
• 100 g pepperoni, in pieces
• ½ onion, in thin half rings

Prepare

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C hot air.
2. Line the baking sheet with baking paper and spread the tortilla chips on this. 
3. Drizzle the chips with pizza sauce and spread the grated Beemster Signature Aged over the sauce.
4. Finally, spread the pepperoni and onion rings over the nachos and slide the baking sheet into the oven.
5. Bake the nachos for 7-10 minutes until the cheese is completely melted. Serve the pizza nachos immediately.
