Pickled meat pizza with Beemster Young

Ingredients

• 1 chilled pizza crust with tomato sauce
• 50 g Beemster Young
• ½ tsp dried oregano
• 6 cherry tomatoes
• 50 g cured meat
• 10 g arugula
• 30 g Beemster X-O

Prepare

1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Grate the young cheese over the pizza base and sprinkle the base with the oregano. Quarter the cherry tomatoes and divide over the pizza. Bake the pizza for 15-20 min in the center of the oven until golden brown.
2. Remove the pizza from the oven and divide the pickled meat and arugula on top. Shave the Beemster X-O- over the pizza.
