Pumpkin bourbon pie with Beemster® Pumpkin Spice

Ingredients

  • 200 g fresh pumpkin cubes
  • 100 g mascarpone
  • 1 roll of fresh puff pastry (270 g)
  • 3 sprigs of sage
  • 150 g Beemster Pumpkin Spice

Prepare

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Meanwhile, cook the diced pumpkin for 15 min, drain and drain well. Mash with a fork and mix with the mascarpone, pepper and salt to taste.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush with the pumpkin mixture. Leave 1 cm from the edges. Grate the cheese and spread 100 g over the pumpkin spread. Pick the leaves from the sage and also spread over the pie. Bake for 20-25 min in the oven.
  3. Remove from the plate pie from the oven and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Cut into pieces and serve with drinks.
