Serving Fish sandwich with tuna melt and Beemster Young Belegen

Lunch dish. 1 person. Prepare 10 min.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of hearty whole wheat bread
  • 2 tbsp guacamole*
  • 2 slices Beemster Jong Belegen 48+
  • 1 tbsp chopped pickle or rings of spring onion
  • 80 g canned tuna

Kitchen Stuff

  • Sandwich grill or sandwich iron

Prepare

  1. Spread a slice of bread with the guacamole, top with a slice of cheese, the pickle or spring onion and tuna.
  2. Place the second slice of cheese and the second slice of bread on top.
  3. Press lightly and grill in a sandwich grill for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Preparation Tip
*The best guacamole? You make it yourself, of course! Mash an avocado and mix to taste with diced tomato, chopped red onion, chopped red pepper, grated lime peel, a little lime juice, salt & pepper!
