Serving Fish sandwich with tuna melt and Beemster Young Belegen

Ingredients
- 2 slices of hearty whole wheat bread
- 2 tbsp guacamole*
- 2 slices Beemster Jong Belegen 48+
- 1 tbsp chopped pickle or rings of spring onion
- 80 g canned tuna
Kitchen Stuff
- Sandwich grill or sandwich iron
Prepare
- Spread a slice of bread with the guacamole, top with a slice of cheese, the pickle or spring onion and tuna.
- Place the second slice of cheese and the second slice of bread on top.
- Press lightly and grill in a sandwich grill for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Preparation Tip
*The best guacamole? You make it yourself, of course! Mash an avocado and mix to taste with diced tomato, chopped red onion, chopped red pepper, grated lime peel, a little lime juice, salt & pepper!
