Spicy naan pizza with Beemster Young Belegen
Main course. 1 person. 5 min + 10 min oven time.
Ingredients
- 50 g piece Beemster Jong Belegen 48+
- 100 g green asparagus
- 1 large naan bread
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Few sprigs of cilantro
- Sriracha hot chili sauce
Prepare
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Grate 50 g Beemster Jong Belegen. Remove the woody underside of 100 g green asparagus.
- Halve the asparagus lengthwise. Sprinkle 1 large naan bread with the grated cheese and a tsp of garam masala, but leave the edges exposed.
- Top the bread lengthwise with the asparagus. Bake in the center of the oven for 10 min or until the cheese is melted. Meanwhile, coarsely chop a few sprigs of cilantro.
- Remove the pizza from the oven, drizzle with sriracha hot chili sauce to taste and sprinkle with the cilantro.
