Wrap rolls with egg salad & Beemster® Signature Aged by Claudia Damen
Drinks dish. 15 pieces. Prepare 15 min.
Ingredients
- 200 grams of Beemster® Signature Aged
- 8 eggs
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp chives
- 3 large tortillas
- 30 grams of arugula
- 30 grams of chopped red cabbage
Prepare
- Boil the eggs for 8 minutes. Rinse well with cold water, peel and place the eggs in a large bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise, mustard and chives and mash finely. Season with salt and pepper at the end.
- Cut the Beemster® Signature Aged into strips.
- Heat the tortillas briefly so they are easier to roll up and spread the egg salad, arugula, red cabbage and strips of Beemster cheese on top.
- Roll up tightly and store in cling film until you are ready to serve your appetizer. Then cut the wrapper rolls into 5 equal pieces.
