Wrap rolls with egg salad & Beemster® Signature Aged by Claudia Damen

Drinks dish. 15 pieces. Prepare 15 min.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams of Beemster® Signature Aged
  • 8 eggs
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 3 large tortillas
  • 30 grams of arugula
  • 30 grams of chopped red cabbage

Prepare

  1. Boil the eggs for 8 minutes. Rinse well with cold water, peel and place the eggs in a large bowl.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, mustard and chives and mash finely. Season with salt and pepper at the end.
  3. Cut the Beemster® Signature Aged into strips.
  4. Heat the tortillas briefly so they are easier to roll up and spread the egg salad, arugula, red cabbage and strips of Beemster cheese on top.
  5. Roll up tightly and store in cling film until you are ready to serve your appetizer. Then cut the wrapper rolls into 5 equal pieces.
