Wraps of Beemster cheese stuffed with chicken and crunchy vegetables

Lunch dish. 2 pieces. Preparation 10 min. + 10 min. oven time

Ingredients

  • 4 slices Beemster 30+ Belegen
  • 3 leaves of baby romaine lettuce
  • 1 candy cucumber
  • 1 vine tomato
  • 2 radishes
  • 50 g wafer-thin chicken breast (sandwich filling)
  • 1 tbsp caesar dressing

Prepare

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Divide the cheese slices into 2 squares on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for about 10 min.
  2. Meanwhile, halve the lettuce leaves lengthwise. Halve the cucumber lengthwise and cut the halves into lengthwise strips. Cut the tomato and radishes into slices.
  3. Remove the baked cheese wraps from the oven and divide the chicken breast, lettuce, tomato, cucumber and radish on top. Drizzle with the caesar dressing
  4. Gently roll the wraps from the long side into tight rolls. Cut the rolls in half diagonally and serve.

Preparation tip
