Beemster® participates in waste-free week

All of our food and drink is grown, grown, processed, transported, refrigerated, or just heated, and packaged with attention and energy. By humans and animals, from soil to mouth and from assembly line to restaurant. So when we waste this good food, the energy, emissions, water, resources and land use are also for naught. By putting every slice of bread or slice of cheese to good use, we contribute positively to our climate and our entire environment.

At Beemster® we therefore support the Spill-Free Week, an initiative of the Foundation Together Against Food Waste. From September 8 to 14, extra attention is drawn to reducing food waste. Something we at Beemster® also do by means of the 'Look', 'Smell' & 'Taste' logo which can be found on the back of our packaging.
