The cows are back in the pasture!

Despite these troubled times, nature is just doing her thing. The spring sun is shining, the pasture beckons, the soil is good and the grass is at length! In the meantime, the first cows have returned to pasture and are grazing on the tender grass. From the first pasture milk our cheese makers make delicious Beemster Grass cheese. You just have to be patient, because the cheese has to ripen for a few more weeks.
