Cows in the pasture - grass cheese is coming again!

The weather is nice, the grass has grown well, the cows are out to pasture again! From the first milk the cows give after enjoying the tender, fresh grass, our cheese makers make the most delicious Beemster Grass cheese.
Over the next few weeks, this delicious cheese will be made and after a short ripening period, it will soon be available in the supermarket and at our farm stores. Keep an eye on our social media pages for the exact date!
