Beemster® cheese is made with 100% fresh North Holland meadow milk, made locally in the Beemster polder. Beemster® Royaal melts very well, which makes it ideally suited for making sandwiches, for example. The cheese is also delicious on a cocktail plate, together with a cold special beer or a fruity wine.
