Beemster Royaal is a true indulgence cheese with a slightly nutty, slightly sweet taste. Beemster cheese is made with 100% fresh meadow milk from North Holland, made locally in the Beemster polder. Beemster Royaal melts very well, making it ideally suited for making a sandwich, for example. In addition, the cheese is also delicious on a drink board, together with a cold Belgian beer or a fruity wine.
