Beemster® 8-person drink board

Ingredients
- 1 Ciabatta
- 4 slices Beemster® Belegen 48+
- 3 sprigs of rosemary
- 2 slices Beemster® goat cheese
- 8 toasts
- 150 g Beemster® X-O, diced
- 1 small container of mustard
- 100 g mixed nuts
- 50 g pearl onions
- 50 g cornichons
- 1 container of onion chutney
- 150 g Beemster® Belegen 48+, cubed
- 100 g parma ham
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 150 g sweet peppers
- 150 g Beemster® Cumin, diced
- 250 g blue grapes
- 300 g candy cucumbers,
- 100 g radishes
- 300 g colored mini carrots

Prepare
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Cut the ciabatta every 3 cm widthwise (not all the way through) and then every 3 cm lengthwise to create a diamond pattern.
- Cut the slices of Beemster® Belegen lengthwise into strips. Insert the strips of cheese into the notches in the bread. Pick the needles of the rosemary and insert them here and there in the indentations.
- Bake the bread for about 15 min. in the center of the oven until the cheese is melted. Meanwhile, divide the 2 slices of Beemster® Goat Cheese between the 8 toasts.
- Meanwhile, place all the other ingredients and cubes of cheese on the board. Serve with the bread.
