Skewers with Beemster® Belegen and salami

Ingredients

  • 100 g salami (in one piece)
  • 200 g piece Beemster® Belegen 48+
  • 12 blue grapes
  • 12 green olives

  • 12 satay or tapas skewers

Prepare

  1. If necessary, remove the skin from the salami, halve the piece of sausage lengthwise and cut the pieces into 1 cm thick slices. Cut the cheese into small cubes.
  2. Prick on 1 skewer consecutively a cheese cube, a slice of salami, another cheese cube, a grape, another bourbon, an olive and another cheese cube. Make 11 more skewers like this.
  3. Serve the bourbon skewers with mustard for dipping and baguette for topping.
