Bolletje Fiber-rich rusk Multigrain with Beemster 30+ Old, pear and almonds

Breakfast dish. 4 persons. Prepare 15 min.
Ingredients
- 2 pears
- 100 grams of unsalted almonds
- 4 slices Beemster 30+ Old
- 4 tablespoons of apple syrup
- 1 container of cress
- 8 pieces Bolletje Vezelrijk Beschuit Meergranen
- 1 liter Appelsientje pear juice
Prepare
- Halve the pears and remove the core. Cut the pears into slices.
- Coarsely chop the almonds.
- Divide the cheese slices among the rusks. Spread the pear slices on top. Sprinkle with the almonds, cress and apple syrup.
- Serve the rusks with the pear juice on the side.
