Bolletje Fiber-rich rusk Multigrain with Beemster 30+ Old, pear and almonds

Breakfast dish. 4 persons. Prepare 15 min.

Ingredients

  • 2 pears
  • 100 grams of unsalted almonds
  • 4 slices Beemster 30+ Old
  • 4 tablespoons of apple syrup
  • 1 container of cress
  • 8 pieces Bolletje Vezelrijk Beschuit Meergranen
  • 1 liter Appelsientje pear juice

Prepare

  1. Halve the pears and remove the core. Cut the pears into slices.
  2. Coarsely chop the almonds.
  3. Divide the cheese slices among the rusks. Spread the pear slices on top. Sprinkle with the almonds, cress and apple syrup.
  4. Serve the rusks with the pear juice on the side.
