Spaghetti with Beemster Old, pepper & Dutch shrimp

Ingredients

  • 150 g spaghetti
  • 100 g Beemster Old
  • few sprigs of chives
  • 25 g butter
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 100 g Dutch shrimp, peeled

Prepare

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the directions on the package until al dente.
  2. Meanwhile, grate the cheese and finely chop the chives.
  3. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Drain the pasta and catch a cup of the cooking liquid. Stir half the cooking liquid into the butter and mix in the pasta. Stir the cheese and black pepper into the pasta until the cheese is melted. If necessary, add more cooking liquid to make the pasta more creamy.
  4. Stir in the shrimp and sprinkle with the chives.
