Toast with pesto, sundried tomato and Beemster® Royale by Brenda Kookt

Ingredients
- 8 white casino sandwiches
- Butter
- 4 tablespoons of green pesto
- 8 sun-dried tomatoes, in pieces
- 2 teaspoons toasted pine nuts
- 4 slices Beemster® Royaal

Prepare
- Spread 4 slices of bread with butter. Turn the slices of bread over, buttered side down. Spread the other side with green pesto and spread sun-dried tomato pieces and pine nuts on top.
- Place a slice of Beemster® Royaal on each slice of bread. Then place the remaining slices of bread on top of the cheese and spread the top with butter.
- Fry the sandwiches in the grill or the sandwich iron until golden brown and crispy.
- After this, cut the sandwiches (the nicest thing for a sandwich is slanted in half) and eat them immediately.
