Beemster® wins gold at annual DLG inspection 2017

As many as six Beemster® cheeses were awarded gold medals during the annual DLG inspection. These are the Beemster® Oud, X-O-, Royaal, Royaal Grand Cru, Bio and Orange. Experts assess taste, consistency, aroma, exterior and interior. In addition, a laboratory examines the composition of the cheese. Only cheeses that score high on all components qualify for a DLG gold medal. This year's result is yet another confirmation of the perfect quality of Beemster® cheese.
