Beemster cheese egg with chili crisp

Ingredients
- 1 slice Beemster Extra Belegen
- 2 tsp chili crisp in oil
- 1 free-range egg
- 1 to 2 slices of bread
- 1 handful of lamb's lettuce
- 1 tbsp spring onion (in wafer-thin rings)
Prepare
- Heat a small nonstick skillet. Halve the slice of cheese and place the two halves on top of each other in the center of the pan. Fry for 1 min until the cheese melts slightly. Spread 1 teaspoon chile risotto over the edges and break the egg over it. Fry until the egg white is solidified and the edges are crispy.
- Meanwhile, toast the slices of bread. Spread some lettuce, the egg, the rest of the chili and spring onion on top and serve.
