Sideboard with Beemster Royaal Grand Cru

Drinks dish. 4-6 people. Prepare 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 trays of prosciutto ham
  • 1 container of puff pastry sticks
  • 2 figs
  • 1 container of (Beemster) cheese salad
  • 1 package of toast of your choice
  • 200 grams of Beemster Royaal Grand Cru
  • 100 grams of mixed nuts
  • 1 container of mini fuet
  • 1 container of stuffed dates with goat cheese
  • 1 container of serrano ham rolls with cream cheese (or any other stuffed roll of your choice)
  • 1 container of wrapper rolls of your choice
  • 1 box of kletzen bread
  • 1 bunch of green grapes

Prepare

  1. Roll the prosciutto around the top of the puff pastry stems. Cut the figs in half.
  2. Spread the (Beemster) cheese salad on the toasts.
  3. Grab a drink board and give the Grand Cru a nice central place. Cut a few cubes from it in advance. Put the nuts in a container and place it on the board as well.
  4. Add the prosciutto stalks and the figs. Remove the remaining appetizers and place them on the board.
  5. Fill in the empty spaces with some extra toasts, kletzen bread and the grapes until you have a nicely filled shelf.
