Break bread pizza with Beemster cheese

Ingredients
- 450 g pack of cookie dough
- 70 g melted butter
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 60 g Beemster X-O®, grated
- 200 g pepperoni, cut into pieces
- 250 g Beemster Belegen 48+, grated
- 500 g Marinara sauce (ready-made)

Prepare
- Make the cookie dough according to package directions and divide into small pieces. Mix the melted butter, Italian seasoning and garlic powder in a bowl. Add the dough pieces and the Beemster X-O® and mix well again.
- Heat the oven to 180°C. Spread the chopped pepperoni into a greased baking pan. Sprinkle ⅓ of the grated Beemster Belegen on top. Spread the dough mixture on top and sprinkle with the remaining grated Beemster Belegen.
- Place the baking pan in the oven and bake for 30-35 min until done. Serve the Marinara sauce separately in a bowl.
