Break bread pizza with Beemster® cheese

Ingredients

  • 450 g pack of cookie dough
  • 70 g melted butter
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 60 g Beemster® X-O, grated
  • 200 g pepperoni, cut into pieces
  • 250 g Beemster® Belegen 48+, grated
  • 500 g Marinara sauce (ready-made)

Prepare

  1. Make the cookie dough according to package directions and divide into small pieces. Mix the melted butter, Italian seasoning and garlic powder in a bowl. Add the dough pieces and the Beemster® X-O and mix well again.
  2. Heat the oven to 180°C. Spread the chopped pepperoni into a greased baking pan. Sprinkle ⅓ of the grated Beemster® Belegen on top. Spread the dough mixture on top and sprinkle with the remaining grated Beemster® Belegen.
  3. Place the baking pan in the oven and bake for 30-35 min until done. Serve the Marinara sauce separately in a bowl.
