Break bread pizza with Beemster cheese

Ingredients

  • 450 g pack of cookie dough
  • 70 g melted butter
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 60 g Beemster X-O®, grated
  • 200 g pepperoni, cut into pieces
  • 250 g Beemster Belegen 48+, grated
  • 500 g Marinara sauce (ready-made)

Prepare

  1. Make the cookie dough according to package directions and divide into small pieces. Mix the melted butter, Italian seasoning and garlic powder in a bowl. Add the dough pieces and the Beemster X-O® and mix well again.
  2. Heat the oven to 180°C. Spread the chopped pepperoni into a greased baking pan. Sprinkle ⅓ of the grated Beemster Belegen on top. Spread the dough mixture on top and sprinkle with the remaining grated Beemster Belegen.
  3. Place the baking pan in the oven and bake for 30-35 min until done. Serve the Marinara sauce separately in a bowl.
