A new Beemster® product has recently become available*: Beemster® Flakes. These flakes are a delicious addition to a salad, pasta or a homemade casserole!
Beemster® Flakes are available in the Belegen and Oud varieties. The Belegen variant has a tasty balance between the tanginess of an old cheese and the softness of the younger variant. The Old variety is a spicy cheese with a very rich flavor.
