That a toasted sandwich is the guilty pleasure of a lot of people we of course already knew for a while. So now we think it's time to put this delicious snack (or breakfast or lunch, of course) on a pedestal. That's why the coming month is all about the toasted sandwich. TOSTI TIME!

Over the next few weeks we will be looking for the most delicious sandwich recipes. Because let's face it, there are so many ways to make a sandwich. Do you want a pantosti or a grilled sandwich? And what kind of bread, toppings and sauce do you choose to go with it? One characteristic of our Beemster cheeses is that they melt well, which is perfect for a sandwich!
