Where are the cows?

Cows belong in the pasture. We humans just like that picture. Cows also like to go outside. Especially after the long winter. But not too early. Because sometimes it is still too wet. Or too cold. Or the grass is too tender. That's why we look from farmer to farmer what the best time is for first grazing. Today? Tomorrow? Next week? We don't know. What we do know is that our ladies only leave the barn when it's actually the best time. Because what's good for our cows is good for our cheese.
