Bagel with fresh herb omelet, Beemster Old and corn salad

Lunch dish. 4 persons. Prepare 15 min.

Ingredients

  • 5 g chives
  • 5 g parsley
  • 5 g dill
  • 6 eggs
  • 50 ml of milk
  • 25 g unsalted butter
  • 4 bagels
  • 4 slices Beemster Old 48+
  • 20 g corn salad

Prepare

  1. Finely chop the herbs. Beat with the eggs, milk, pepper and salt. Heat the butter in a small frying pan and pour in the egg mixture. Stir and cook on low heat with the lid on the pan for about 10 min.
  2. Cut open the bagels. Cut the omelet into points. Top the bagels with the omelet, cheese and corn salad. Sprinkle with pepper and cover with the top halves of the bagels.

Preparation tip
You can vary with fresh herbs in the omelet.
