Beemster cheese board

Drinks dish. 6 persons. Prepare 10 min.

Ingredients

• 1 piece Beemster Belegen
• 1 piece Beemster Old
• 1 piece Beemster X-O
• 80 g fig jam, quince jelly or other colorful sweet jam or jelly
• 1 bunch of grapes
• ½ packet of spice crackers (á 225 grams), or toast of your choice
• 70 g macadamia nuts, or nuts of your choice
• 60 g coarse mustard
• 200 g hard salami, or cold cuts of your choice

Prepare

1. Remove the cheeses from the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature, at least 15 min. Arrange the cheese on a cheese board. Firmly cut a few cubes from each piece of cheese.
2. Divide the fig jam, grapes, crackers, nuts, mustard and salami among the board.
3. Serve with cheese knives or other small knives, one for each piece of cheese. Cover the cheese board loosely with cling film and set aside. Remove foil 15 min. before guests arrive.
