Bread with Beemster® Belegen

Ingredients
- 1 whole, uncut ciabatta
- 4 slices Beemster® Belegen
- 3 sprigs of rosemary
Prepare
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Cut the ciabatta every 3 cm widthwise (not all the way through) and then every 3 cm lengthwise to create a diamond pattern.
- Cut the slices of Beemster® Belegen lengthwise into strips. Insert the strips of cheese into the notches in the bread. Pick the needles of the rosemary and insert them here and there in the indentations.
- Bake the bread about 15 min. in the center of the oven until the cheese is melted.
- Serve the bread, for example, in combination with a borrelplank.
