Scrambled eggs with Beemster Young and salmon
Breakfast/lunch dish. 2 persons. Prepare 10 min.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of casino white
- 80 g Beemster Young
- 4 eggs
- a pinch of paprika
- 1 tbsp butter
- 100 g smoked salmon chips
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
Prepare
- Toast the rolls and grate the cheese.
- Beat the eggs with the cheese, some salt, pepper and paprika. Heat the butter in a frying pan. Add the egg mixture over low heat and keep stirring with a wooden spoon until the egg is just set.
- Top the toast with the scrambled eggs and salmon and sprinkle with the chives.
