Scrambled eggs with Beemster Young and salmon

Breakfast/lunch dish. 2 persons. Prepare 10 min.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of casino white
  • 80 g Beemster Young
  • 4 eggs
  • a pinch of paprika
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 100 g smoked salmon chips
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives

Prepare

  1. Toast the rolls and grate the cheese.
  2. Beat the eggs with the cheese, some salt, pepper and paprika. Heat the butter in a frying pan. Add the egg mixture over low heat and keep stirring with a wooden spoon until the egg is just set.
  3. Top the toast with the scrambled eggs and salmon and sprinkle with the chives.

Instagram Tip:
Eating in a bowl does very well on your Instagram feed. So for the perfect picture, don't serve the scrambled eggs on toast, but divide everything into individual components in a bowl: #eggcellent!
